Basketball Recap: Lazbuddie Comes Up Short

Lazbuddie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were dealt a 70-30 defeat at the hands of the Smyer Bobcats.

Lazbuddie's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Smyer, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Lazbuddie will be home for the holidays to greet Happy at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Smyer will take on Sundown in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering Sundown has lost three straight at home and Smyer eight straight on the road (dating back to last season), this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum.
