Rye hasn't lost a match since April 8th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They never let the Pueblo Central Wildcats get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Rye, who have now won four matchups by six goals or more so far this season.

They hit Pueblo Central with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Angelina Atencio (3), Averi Velez (2), and Madison Kirchhoff.

Rye has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those six games. As for Pueblo Central, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9-1.

Coming up, Rye will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Thomas MacLaren School at 5:00 p.m. Rye will need to watch out since Thomas MacLaren School have now posted at least four goals in their last three matches. As for Pueblo Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Falcon on the 26th.
