If Northbrook wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Jersey Village, they should've done a better job of containing Josh Morales. The Jersey Village Falcons enjoyed a cozy 66-47 win over the Northbrook Raiders on Friday thanks in part to Morales, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 15 points and six assists. What's more, he also posted a 71% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2023.

Another player making a difference was Bryce Jones, who posted seven points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.5% shooting accuracy.

Jersey Village's victory bumped their record up to 12-20. As for Northbrook, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 16 of their last 17 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.

Jersey Village and Northbrook could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Jersey Village will square off against Cy-Fair at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 343 places (655 vs. 312). Similarly, Northbrook (ranked 1158th) will meet Stratford (ranked 390th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
