Baseball Recap: Ouachita Comes Up Short

Ouachita managed to slip by Woodlawn the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Warriors came up short against the Bears on Monday, falling 11-1. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Ouachita's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-6. As for Woodlawn, their victory was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-4.

Ouachita has already played their next match, an 11-1 win against Hampton on the 8th. Woodlawn has also already played their next game (against Drew Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
