Clymer Central takes loss despite strong efforts from Joseph Beckerink and Tanner Mihalko

Recap: Clymer Central Pirates vs. Southwestern Trojans
The Clymer Central Pirates were the 49-47 winner over the Southwestern Trojans when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The match between the two teams wasn't particularly close, with Clymer Central falling 47-29.
Clymer Central's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Tanner Mihalko, who scored ten points, and Joseph Beckerink who scored four points along with three steals.
Clymer Central's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1. As for Southwestern, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clymer Central will take on Maple Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southwestern, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Ellicottville at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Ellicottville focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Tuesday.
