The Jennings Bulldogs will venture away from home to take on the Hamilton Christian Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton Christian took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Jennings, who comes in off a win.
On Friday, everything went Jennings' way against Lake Arthur as Jennings made off with a 12-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Hudson Dupuis made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one RBI. He has become a key player for Jennings: the team is undefeated when he posts at least three hits, but 5-9 otherwise.
In other batting news, Jennings got a big performance out of Liam Leblanc, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI. Those three hits gave Leblanc a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jude Monic, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Hamilton Christian came up short against Church Point on Tuesday, falling 11-1.
Hamilton Christian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Menard, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Menard is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Caleb Stewart was another, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Jennings' record now sits at 8-9. As for Hamilton Christian, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-6.
Hamilton Christian's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Jennings has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .452. It's a different story for Hamilton Christian, though, as they've only averaged .350. Will they be able to contain Jennings' hitters?
Jennings was able to grind out a solid victory over Hamilton Christian in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 9-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jennings since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
