Manheim Central typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Cocalico proved too difficult a challenge. They slipped by the Manheim Central Barons 59-58. The win was all the more spectacular given the Eagles' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while the Barons are ranked 81st).

The victory made it two in a row for Cocalico and bumps their season record up to 10-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points over those games. As for Manheim Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-5 record this season.

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Eagles duke it out with the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lower Dauphin will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Cocalico surely won't give up without a fight. Manheim Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
