After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four contests, Corinth Christian Academy finally came back down to earth on Monday. They came up short against the First Christian Lions, falling 15-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Corinth Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for First Christian, they pushed their record up to 8-4-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Corinth Christian Academy has already played their next match, a 20-19 victory against Brunswick Christian Academy on the 1st. As for First Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Riverside Christian on the 29th.
