James Logan proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Oak Ridge Trojans 2-1. The win was familiar territory for the Colts, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Emma Tran was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 16 digs and four assists. That's the most digs she has posted over her last ten matches.

Oak Ridge's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Londyn Welcher, who had 14 digs and one assist, and Sheanna Peralta, who had seven digs.

James Logan's record is now 19-6. As for Oak Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-7.

James Logan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Branson on the 11th. As for Oak Ridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against St. Ignatius College Preparatory on the 11th.
