Baseball Recap: Noah Medeiros Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Mclouth

Four must be Atchison County's lucky number: they beat McLouth with that score not once but twice on Thursday. The Tigers beat the Bulldogs by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-2. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won eight in a row.

Adrian Diaz was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Diaz wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Noah Medeiros, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
