Basketball Game Preview: Mid-Buchanan Dragons vs. Glasgow Yellowjackets

After both having extra time off, the Mid-Buchanan Dragons and the Glasgow Yellowjackets will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Saturday, everything came up roses for Mid-Buchanan against Maysville as the team secured a 57-18 win. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 75th, while the Wolverines are ranked 461st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Glasgow made easy work of Pilot Grove two weeks ago and carried off a 62-38 victory.

Mid-Buchanan's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 44.7 points. As for Glasgow, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.
