Volleyball Recap: Solomon Takes a Loss

Solomon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Little River Redskins. The Gorillas were not able to make up for their defeat to the Redskins from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-6.

Adelynne Strecker was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 11 digs. She has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Solomon's loss dropped their record down to 9-18-3. As for Little River, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 28-2.

Coincidentally, Solomon and Little River will both be playing Canton-Galva the next time they take the court. The Gorillas will host the Eagles on Tuesday, while the Redskins will host them on Saturday.
