Elba was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell just short of the Palmer Tigers by a score of 2-1. While the Bluejays didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Tigers 25-11 in the first set.
Elba started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 11-25, 25-16, 25-18.
Elba's defeat dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Palmer, their win bumped their record up to 9-14.
