Baseball Recap: Fall River Comes Up Short

Fall River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 10-5 to the Biggs Wolverines. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wolverines from their previous meeting back in May of 2023.

Toby Eades made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Fall River's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Biggs, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Fall River has already played their next contest, an 11-0 defeat against University Prep on the 3rd. As for Biggs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 6-0 victory against Weed on the 28th.
