Sterling is 6-0 against East Butler since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Sterling Jets will host the East Butler Tigers at 3:00 p.m. Sterling has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Sterling is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 48-39 to Meridian on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for East Butler, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 35-27 victory over Hampton on Friday.

Sterling better keep an eye on Lillie Kriz. She was instrumental in East Butler's win, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 14 boards. Kriz is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Margret Pekarek was another key player, putting up eight points along with seven rebounds and five steals.

East Butler smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive boards. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2023.

The win got East Butler back to even at 2-2. As for Sterling, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Sterling beat East Butler 36-23 in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Does Sterling have another victory up their sleeve, or will East Butler turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
