Softball Recap: Arab Takes a Loss

Arab lost against Douglas two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Arab Knights came up short against the Douglas Eagles, falling 10-2.

Arab saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lola Davis, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Arab's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Douglas, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arab will challenge Scottsboro at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Douglas, they will face off against Brindlee Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Douglas is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.
