Volleyball Recap: Start Takes a Loss

Start lost against Wellington back in September of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Spartans lost 3-0 to the Dukes.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-6, 25-9.

Start has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Wellington, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6.

Looking ahead, Start will host Bowsher at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wellington, they will square off against Clearview at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
