Softball Recap: Woodlawn Find Success

While Woodlawn's win against Dardanelle wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Woodlawn Bears' pitchers stepped up to hand the Dardanelle Sand Lizards a 2-0 shutout on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bears have posted since March 8th.

Woodlawn's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Dardanelle, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Woodlawn didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-2 victory against Waldron on the 15th. As for Dardanelle, they have also already played their next game, a 5-0 loss against Pottsville on the 18th.
