Basketball Recap: Young Men's Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

Young Men's Leadership Academy was the 44-30 winner over Navarro when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Young Men's Leadership Academy received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 58-41 to Navarro. Young Men's Leadership Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Young Men's Leadership Academy still got an impressive performance from Kaleb Mcewen, who posted 21 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Ortiz, who earned eight points.

Young Men's Leadership Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Navarro, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Young Men's Leadership Academy is taking a road trip to square off against Hondo at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Navarro, they will host Burbank at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
