Softball Game Preview: Sutter Huskies vs. Casa Roble Rams

The Sutter Huskies will challenge the Casa Roble Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sutter has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the match with eight straight defeats, while Casa Roble will come in with five straight wins.

On Tuesday, Sutter didn't have quite enough to beat Destiny Christian Academy and fell 4-3.

Lexi Callison was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, while Casa Roble put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Woodland. The Rams were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Wolves. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Zaria Gee was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Emily Gomez was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs.

Casa Roble kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are undefeated (9-0) when they post 11 or more hits.

Casa Roble's victory bumped their record up to 13-5-1. As for Sutter, their loss dropped their record down to 8-13.
