Recap: Jordan Falcons vs. Orange Panthers
The Jordan Falcons won against the Orange Panthers on Tuesday with 37 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. Jordan walked away with a 37-29 win over Orange. The win made it back-to-back wins for Jordan.
When it comes to explaining why Orange lost, one person who can't be blamed is Evelyn George. Despite the final result, she scored 11 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Marshea Byrd, who scored 5 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 blocks.
The win got Jordan back to even at 2-2. As for Orange, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jordan will face off against Wake Forest at 6:30 p.m. on December 8th. Orange won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Garner at 6:00 p.m. on December 1st. Hopefully Garner focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Tuesday.
