Shepherd Hill Regional extended their winning streak to four on Wednesday, bumping their season record up to 13-2 in the process. They put the hurt on the Groton-Dunstable Crusaders with a sharp 12-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won nine matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

As for Groton-Dunstable, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12-1. The contest marked their lowest-scoring game so far this season.

For Groton-Dunstable's part, Kierra Scully made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run.
