Centennial won the last time they faced Okeechobee and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles' defense stepped up to hand the Brahmans a 4-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Centennial, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Okeechobee with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Layla Jansen, Gabriela Maston, Miley McCarty, and Kate Latham.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 8-3-3. As for Okeechobee, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Centennial will challenge Martin County at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2026. As for Okeechobee, after both having extra time off, they and South Fork will shake off the cobwebs and hit the pitch against one another at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
