Michael Rodriguez gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March of 2024 on Tuesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts any time he's pitched this season.

Rodriguez's strong effort led Evergreen Park over Argo and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
