On Saturday Princeton will have to hit the road after seven straight games at home. They will venture away from home to square off against the Midway Raiders at 1:00 p.m. Both are at an even 4-4 against one another since August of 2015, but likely not for long.

Princeton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Martin County with a sharp 3-0 win.

Princeton never let Martin County on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Midway came tearing into Thursday's contest with 15 straight wins and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11, 19-25, 25-18.

Midway found their leader in sophomore Ella Clark, who had eight digs and 33 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracyn Hall, who had eight kills, five digs, and two blocks.

Midway kept the net locked down and finished the game with 20 blocks. That's the most blocks they've posted since back in October of 2023.

Princeton's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-6. As for Midway, their record is now 20-3.
