Fellowship Christian came tearing into Thursday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.8 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Paideia Pythons get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Fellowship Christian's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last five matches.

Fellowship Christian's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Paideia, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-4.
