Volleyball Recap: Spring Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Spring Creek and Midway had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Gators lost 3-0 to the Raiders on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Spring Creek took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-13.

Spring Creek's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Midway, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

Coming up, Spring Creek will welcome Hobbton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Midway, they will venture away from home to square off against Cape Fear at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
