East Carter is 7-2 against Lewis County since April of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. Payton Rice was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Rice was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
