Soccer Recap: Center Grove vs. East Central
Center Grove extended their postseason success on Saturday against East Central. Everything went their way against the East Central Trojans as they made off with a 5-1 victory. It was an even better day for Austin Lowden as he scored three goals for his team.
The win for Center Grove keeps them at an undefeated 18-0. As for East Central, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-5-1.
Center Grove's road trip will continue as they head out to face Bloomington South at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bloomington South will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something Center Grove surely won't give up without a fight. East Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
