Top 10 most dominant high school boys basketball programs of the last 10 years in Michigan

Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most dominant high school basketball programs in Michigan over the past decade.

Clarkston owns state titles in 2017 and 2018 and has been ranked in the state Top 25 nine seasons in the past decade. According to MaxPreps computer rankings, the Wolves were ranked No. 11 nationally in 2018 and had a win percentage of 88 percent since 2010.

University of Detroit Jesuit finished just behind Clarkston, headlined by a No. 2 finish in MaxPreps computer rankings in 2016.

Points awarded for:

• Top 25 finishes in the MaxPreps state computer rankings (25 points awarded to the No. 1 team, 24 for No. 2 and so on).

• Top 25 finishes in the MaxPreps national computer rankings (50 points for No. 1, 49 for No. 2 and so on).

• State championships (20 points).

• State championship game appearances (10 points).
