Baseball Recap: Thurston Eagles vs. Redford Union Panthers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Renaissance, Thurston was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 10-6 win over the Redford Union Panthers. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won six in a row.

Denell Brown made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Brown was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in both of his plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high.
