Basketball Recap: Cheektowaga Comes Up Short

Cheektowaga lost against Buffalo Academy of Science back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cheektowaga Chargers fell 41-31 to the Buffalo Academy of Science Wolverines. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cheektowaga's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Buffalo Academy of Science, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheektowaga will face off against McKinley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Buffalo Academy of Science, they will head out on the road to face off against Buffalo Culinary Arts at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Buffalo Academy of Science's defense has only allowed 24.6 points per game this season, so Buffalo Culinary Arts' offense will have their work cut out for them.
