Basketball Recap: Grace Academy Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Grace Academy won the last time they faced Lopez and things went their way on Thursday too. The Grace Academy Eagles came out on top against the Lopez Lobos by a score of 53-42. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Grace Academy's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Lopez, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-3.

Grace Academy will face off against Evergreen Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Evergreen Lutheran knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Grace Academy likes a good challenge. As for Lopez, they will square off against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
