Pamlico County and Northside - Pinetown are an even 5-5 against one another  since April of 2021, but likely not for long. Pamlico County will be playing at home against Northside - Pinetown  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.  Pamlico County was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .385. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .345 or higher in six consecutive  contests.
 Pamlico County pushed their record up to 8-3 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Northside - Pinetown, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
