Volleyball Recap: Algonquin Regional Takes a Loss

Algonquin Regional lost against Westborough back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Titans came up short against the Rangers, falling 3-0. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-18.

Niki Chacharone paced Algonquin Regional's offense, picking up three kills. Chacharone got some help from Rhea Anand and her four assists.

Algonquin Regional's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Westborough, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2.

Coincidentally, Algonquin Regional and Westborough will both be playing Wachusett Regional the next time they take the court. The Titans will head out to face the Mountaineers at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, while the Rangers will head out to face them at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
