Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Reese Schesser and Bella Garcia Lead Gardner-Edgerton to Victory + How To Watch

Gardner-Edgerton had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Olathe North Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Trailblazers: when they faced off against the Eagles back in August, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Gardner-Edgerton got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-17, 31-29.

Gardner-Edgerton was led to victory by Bella Garcia and Reese Schesser. Garcia had eight digs and one assist, while Schesser had nine digs and two assists. That's the most digs Schesser has posted over her last nine games.

Despite the loss, Olathe North still got an impressive performance from Julia Huxman, who had 12 digs and three assists. Maren Shearer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

Gardner-Edgerton's record is now 12-4. As for Olathe North, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-6.
