Football Recap: Glades Day Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Glades Day extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 2-8. They were beaten by the Jupiter Christian Eagles 49-6. The Gators were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-6.

Zeth Villarreal threw for 96 yards on seven of 12 attempts. Jacaris Jones was his top target, picking up 72 receiving yards.

As for Jupiter Christian, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.1 points over those games.

Leading Jupiter Christian to victory were Dorian Fauntleroy and Randolph Jr Wilkerson. Fauntleroy threw for 142 yards and two TDs on only 12 passes, while Jr Wilkerson rushed for 119 yards on only 12 carries.

As of now, neither Glades Day nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
