They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Monte Vista Christian Mustangs 56-29. The Sharks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 23 points or more this season.
Monte Vista Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dominic Pierini, who threw for 422 yards and two touchdowns. Pierini's passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 342 passing yards. Boston Ashe was in the mix as well, providing Monte Vista Christian with two touchdowns.
St. Francis' win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Monte Vista Christian, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-5 record.
