Football Recap: Morristown-Hamblen West Comes Up Short

Morristown-Hamblen West lost against Science Hill back in October of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans were beaten by the Hilltoppers 41-12.

Although Morristown-Hamblen West took the loss, they still got scores from Marquis Davis and Malachi Monroe.

Morristown-Hamblen West's loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Science Hill, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morristown-Hamblen West is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Jefferson County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Science Hill, they will venture away from home to challenge Tennessee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
