Volleyball Recap: Encina's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

In Wednesday's Canine Competition, Encina had to take the L. They lost 3-0 to the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves on Wednesday. The loss put an end to the Bulldogs' undefeated start to the season.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-15, 25-14.

Despite the loss, Encina still got an impressive performance from Diana Khalvati, who had 12 digs and four aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Encina fell to 2-1. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Encina didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Westlake Charter on the 28th. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Futures on the 3rd.
