Baseball Recap: North Dorchester Takes a Loss

North Dorchester fell victim to North Caroline and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 7-6 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

North Dorchester saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Manny Reyes, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

North Dorchester has also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for North Caroline, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7.
