Soccer Recap: Clinton Comes Up Short

Clinton and Carrboro squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Clinton had to settle for second. They came up short against the Jaguars, falling 8-0. Clinton haven't had much luck with Carrboro recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 14-9-2. As for Carrboro, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 19-1-3.

As of now, neither Clinton nor the Jaguars have any future games scheduled.
