Baseball Recap: Eastside Comes Up Short

Eastside and Palatka squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Eastside had to settle for second. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 14-0. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost eight in a row.

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-24. As for Palatka, they pushed their record up to 20-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Eastside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Palatka, they have already played their next matchup, a 9-8 victory against Santa Fe on the 16th.
