Soccer Game Preview: Randleman vs. Ledford

Randleman hasn't had much luck against Ledford recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will venture away from home to take on the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Randleman is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

Randleman managed to keep up with Montgomery Central until halftime last Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers lost 4-1 to the Timberwolves. Having soared to a lofty seven goals in the game before, Randleman couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Ivan Collazo, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, Ledford narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Mount Airy 3-2.

Ledford now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Randleman, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-4-3.

Randleman couldn't quite get it done against Ledford in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
