Greenwood lost to Terre Haute North Vigo back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Woodmen sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Patriots.

Terre Haute North Vigo's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Brynn Canup, who had 12 digs and two assists, and Harper Klingerman, who had five digs and one assist.

Greenwood's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenwood will challenge Whiteland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they will take on Bloomington South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight.
