Football Recap: Charleroi Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Charleroi was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Ligonier Valley Rams and fell 67-13. The Cougars lost against the Rams in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 20-14 score last time.

Charleroi's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Ligonier Valley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Charleroi will welcome Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Prexies have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests. As for Ligonier Valley, they will host South Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
