Basketball Recap: Abundant Life Academy Takes a Loss

Abundant Life Academy lost against American Christian School on February 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Abundant Life Academy took a 33-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of American Christian School.

Despite the loss, Abundant Life Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Franklin Fabre went 6-for-13 to rack up 16 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Duncan Oduro, who posted six points.

Abundant Life Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for American Christian School, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.

As of now, neither Abundant Life Academy nor American Christian School have any future games scheduled.
