Basketball Game Preview: North Central Knights vs. Loomis Wolves

The North Central Knights and the Loomis Wolves will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Loomis took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on North Central, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, North Central turned things around against Gregory on Saturday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 43-29 win over the Gorillas.

North Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mya Lewis, who posted ten points along with seven boards and four steals. Karlene Kepler was another key player, going 5 for 9 on her way to 10 points.

Meanwhile, Loomis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a blow against Southern Valley, falling 59-11. The game marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

North Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Loomis, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
