Austin Sickler Game Report: @ Boulder

Brighton had to settle for second on Tuesday, but Austin Sickler sure wasn't going down easily. Sickler wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over six innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his seventh straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Sickler and Brighton will head out on the road to square off against Vista PEAK Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Sickler's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Bulldogs' three-game streak of wins on the road.
