Baseball Game Preview: Osbourn Eagles vs. Battlefield Bobcats

Osbourn hasn't had much luck against Battlefield recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Osbourn will head out on the road to face off against Battlefield at 6:00 p.m. Osbourn has given up an average of 17 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Osbourn fell victim to Gainesville and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 22-0 to the Cardinals. The loss leaves the Eagles still looking for their first win of the season.

Meanwhile, Battlefield gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Osbourn Park by a score of 8-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.

Osbourn's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Battlefield, their record now sits at 2-0.

Osbourn might still be hurting after the 12-4 loss they got from Battlefield when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can Osbourn avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
